Inner, middle and outer gaskets. Non-staining grey-black elastic seals stop air, water, noise and dust, and protect the hardware from corrosion.

Tested at IFT Rosenheim: with a 1230 × 1480 mm window and Rw 48 dB glass, outside noise is reduced by up to 41 dB.

Carisma Premium is TS EN 12608-1 Class A — the standard's thickest wall class (standard Carisma is Class B). The walls highlighted in red are where durability comes from.

Profile Uf 0.95 W/m²K. With triple glazing the calculated window value is 0.78. Passive House certified.

Façade transom
A special 82 mm façade transom resists wind loads on high-rise buildings, working together with the steel reinforcement in frame and sash.
Values are Pimapen's published technical data. The 3D sections are modelled on Pimapen's official section drawings (Nirvana: frame 69/6 + self-drainage sash 56/6, Carisma: frame 62/5 + sash 58/5).

Uncoated double glazing
Keeps indoor heat from escaping and insulates far better than single glass. The basic, economical choice.

Acoustic laminated glass · sound-damping PVB
A special acoustic PVB interlayer damps sound vibrations. For homes near main roads, rail lines and airports; combined with Low-E glass it keeps thermal performance too.

Laminated or tempered safety glass
Laminated glass stays bonded to its interlayer when broken; tempered glass resists impact and breaks into small, blunt pieces. For balconies, doors and low-level glazing.

Factory-fitted blinds between the panes

Who makes and fits the windows?
We fabricate Pimapen profiles to measure in our own factory in Kağıthane and install them with our own team. From measuring to after-sales, we are your single point of contact.
What is the difference between Nirvana 8000 and Carisma 7000?
Nirvana 8000 is Pimapen's best-insulated series: 80 mm, 6 chambers, 3 gaskets (Uw 0.78 W/m²K, glazing up to 52 mm). Carisma 7000 is a balanced series for most homes: 70 mm, 5 chambers, 2 gaskets (glazing up to 39 mm). We suggest Nirvana for busy roads or cold façades and Carisma for general use; we decide together during the survey.
Which glass brand do you use?
Only Şişecam Isıcam: thermal insulation (Sinerji), heat and solar control (Konfor), triple glazing, acoustic, safety and integral-blind options. Isıcam units carry Şişecam's 10-year manufacturer's warranty.
Which glass suits which façade?
Isıcam Sinerji makes use of solar warmth on north façades; Isıcam Konfor keeps summer heat out on south and west façades. Near main roads, railways or airports we suggest acoustic glass, and triple glazing for very cold façades.
What colours are available? Can inside and outside differ?
Besides white there are thirteen wood-grain, solid and metallic laminates, and inside and outside can have different colours. On-screen colours are representative; we make the final choice on a physical sample.
Do you also fit shutters and fly screens?
Yes. For shutters we work with several brands: surface-mounted or monoblock, PVC or aluminium slats, manual or motorised. Fly screens come pleated, sliding or hinged, framed in the profile colour.
What warranties do you offer?
Pimapen profiles carry a 10-year and Şişecam Isıcam units a 10-year manufacturer's warranty. On top of that, Umut İnşaat gives a 2-year service warranty on the products we install.
How do I get a quote?
Enter the approximate sizes of your openings in the quote wizard; we take exact measurements during the survey. You can also send sizes and photos on WhatsApp.
